The pages look really good and the binding feels sturdy, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, so credit where it’s due, it turned out better than I thought.

My cookbook showed up and it was packaged fine, so no issues there... but the shipping took longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated too, which was kind of frustrating. Not a terrible experience or anything... I just wish it had arrived a bit faster.

I didn’t feel like it was worth the price. I’ve bought similar items before for less and felt like I got more value out of them. This just didn’t quite measure up for me.

I had to reach out to createmycookbook.com because I wasn’t totally sure about part of my order. They did get back to me eventually, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting, or at least longer than I would’ve hoped.

The person who responded was polite, and they did answer my question in the end. That said, I kind of felt like I had to explain what was going on more than once before we were really on the same page.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just maybe a little average. Everything got sorted out eventually, but I think the customer service could be a bit faster and maybe a little more helpful upfront.

I made a family recipe book with CreateMyCookbook, i was kind of shocked by how much I could customize. The cover, layouts, fonts, photos, little notes, all of it. At first I was just like, cool, this is nice… then suddenly I got weirdly picky about every tiny detail because I realized I actually had options.

A couple things took me a minute to figure out, and I was ready to be annoyed, but no, it ended up being easy once I clicked around. The finished book turned out cute, personal, and very much like something our family would actually keep. I’d definitely use it again.
